Terms of Service

1. What BeCox is

BeCox is an AI-powered execution coaching app. It helps you set goals, assigns daily tasks, checks in on your progress, and gives feedback in a direct, no-excuses tone. BeCox is a productivity and motivation tool — not a licensed professional service.

2. Not medical, legal, financial, or therapeutic advice

BeCox is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, or financial advisor, and nothing in the app should be treated as medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice. If you're dealing with a real health, legal, or financial decision, or a mental health crisis, talk to a licensed professional — not an app. If you're in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use BeCox, created via Sign in with Apple or email and password. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for what happens under your account.

4. Subscriptions and payment

• BeCox offers Weekly, Yearly, and Lifetime plans. Prices are shown in the app and in Settings, and may vary by region.
• Weekly and Yearly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date, through your Apple ID account settings.
• Lifetime is a one-time purchase, valid for the life of your account.
• All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under their refund policies — we don't process or control refunds directly.
• We may change prices for new subscribers at any time; existing subscribers will be notified of price changes in advance as required by Apple's guidelines.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use BeCox for anything illegal or to harm yourself or others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or its backend.
• Use BeCox to impersonate someone else or provide false information that could mislead the coaching you receive in a way intended to abuse the service.
• Share your account with others in a way that violates your subscription terms.

6. Your content

You own what you write and say to BeCox. By using the app, you give us the limited right to process that content (including sending it to our AI provider) solely to provide the coaching service back to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Calendar and notifications

If you enable calendar sync, BeCox will create and modify events in a dedicated calendar, and may read your other calendars to suggest scheduling. You can revoke this access at any time in Settings. Notifications can be customized or turned off in Settings.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

BeCox is provided "as is." We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that following its coaching will produce any particular outcome — including specific income, fitness, relationship, or other results. Your results depend on you.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeCox and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including decisions made based on BeCox's coaching or suggestions.

10. Termination

You can stop using BeCox and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BeCox after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BeCox's operator is based, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
